ll-New Reporting Format for Autosource Service

SAN RAMON, Calif.--June 8, 1999--ADP Claims Solutions Group (CSG), a leading provider of information services for the automotive insurance claims industry, has introduced a significantly expanded reporting format for its industry-leading Autosource(SM) service that provides insurers with total loss valuations on automobiles.
The new report tool, AS2000, builds on Autosource's existing strength in providing customer-friendly vehicle valuation reports. The all-new format makes use of the latest Internet document processing technology to produce a consumer-ready document. The use of bolding, shading and variable fonts draws the consumer to each valuation module to improve understanding of the report. Providing the consumer with a professional and easy-to-understand valuation on their vehicle is a critical requirement of the claims process.
"We believe that the typical claimant has experienced a traumatic event and can benefit from assistance through the claims process," said Corey Wurzner, product manager for ADP's Autosource. "AS2000 presents a complete picture of the valuation process and assists the consumer in determining that their vehicle has been properly valued."
Autosource offers vehicle valuation, market search and other information services through a variety of electronic and toll-free call-in/fax-in methods. By tapping market information from all available sources and updating the database daily, Autosource offers users "fresher" data with superior integrity to deliver precise market values.
The Autosource database is the world's largest database of "for sale" vehicle valuation information, with more than 1 million vehicles entered weekly. The database information is continuously gathered and updated from ADP CSG's dealer inventory program, which collects information from more than 7,000 dealerships, as well as private-party advertisements in more than 2,700 publications nationwide.
ADP Claims Solutions Group, with headquarters in San Ramon, Calif., is a wholly owned subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP). ADP, with more than $5 billion in revenues and over 425,000 clients, is one of the largest independent computing services firms in the world.
