Moog, Inc. and the Oilgear Company Form Business Alliance
MILWAUKEE--June 8, 1999--Moog, Inc., (AMEX:MOGA), East Aurora, New York, and The Oilgear Company, , Milwaukee, Wisconsin, have announced the formation of a Business Alliance to jointly pursue market opportunities in the fluid power component and systems business.The combined strengths of both companies in superior performance, quality, and range of products, offers industry the experience for solutions required in today's markets. Moog's servo, proportional, and directional valves integrated in high performance hydraulic manifold systems or stand alone, together with the solid pump, valve products and engineered systems of Oilgear, are the advantages of the Alliance to their customers.
This alliance will cover the areas of North and South America as well as the European regions. Moog and Oilgear both have extensive locations currently located globally, which can be contacted for more information.
