Carey Int'l Acquires Classic Limousine

    WASHINGTON -- Carey International, Inc. announced today that 
it acquired Classic Limousine Airport Service, Inc. of Stamford, Connecticut as of 
June 1, 1999.  The Company will add approximately $11 million in annualized revenues 
as a result of this acquisition.

    Founded in 1984 by Ronald and Leonard Ventura, Classic Limousine
is the largest premier chauffeured vehicle service company in Connecticut.
The company is the preferred chauffeured vehicle service for many of
Connecticut's largest corporations, providing service from Boston to New York.
