U-Ship Changes its Name to United Shipping and Technology

    MINNEAPOLIS--June 4, 1999--Ken Zigrino, Corporate Counsel, U-Ship, Inc. , announces shareholder approval of a name change for the corporation. On May 3, l999 at the company's annual meeting, U-Ship, Inc. became United Shipping and Technology, Inc., by a majority shareholder vote.
    The name United Shipping and Technology was chosen to better reflect the core strategic thrusts of the business in both the shipping kiosk and courier delivery industries, where it will enhance delivery and shipping systems through the application of technology.
    United Shipping and Technology, Inc. will retain its NASDAQ trading symbol as USHP.
