    BLUE BELL, Pa., June 3 -- PDS(R), a leading developer of
client/server, mission-critical Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS),
today announced Subaru of America, Inc. selected PDS' Vista(TM) HRMS
object-oriented, web-enabled product suite for its unmatched functionality and
exceptional value.
    "Our mission was to acquire an integrated HRMS so that we could
consolidate the number of applications we used to perform our human resource
functions.  After evaluating many tier-one and tier-two software vendors
during the course of one year, we selected PDS' Vista HRMS solution,"

attention on more critical employee relations activities, and minimize their
time performing non-critical administrative duties.
