KIT Announces New President

    LONG BEACH, Calif., June 2 -- KIT Manufacturing Company
(Amex: KIT), a major manufacturer of recreational vehicles and manufactured
housing, announced that Mr. Harold Breach has been elected to the position of
President and General Manager of the Company. Mr. Breach has been with KIT
since 1995 as General Manager of the Manufactured Housing Division.
    The Company also announced that Mr. Gerald Wannamaker, Executive Vice
President Operations, has terminated employment with KIT Manufacturing.
    Mr. Dan Pocapalia, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
stated, "I believe these management changes are in the best interest of the
Company and its shareholders. Management believes that the course taken should
further strengthen its market position within the current RV dealer network as
well as with the RV community as a whole."
