Oor Wullie enters the RSAC Scottish Rally?

"Oor Wullie" - the cartoon character from the Sunday Post, one of the 
top-selling Sunday newspapers in Scotland and the North of England -
revealed his ultimate ambition last Sunday (May 30).
The much loved cartoon character, whose antics have been followed by
generations of Scots every week, wants to be a rally driver!

Musing on his famous bucket, Oor Wullie decides he wants a car, raids his
piggie bank but can't afford more than a steering wheel from a scrap yard.
Delighted, he races off across the countryside fantasising about leading the
field in the Scottish Rally....
