This preconfigured, industry-specific business solution is designed for automotive suppliers seeking a fast, tailored SAP implementation. The combination of optimized business processes, industry-specific documentation and proven implementation methods assures automotive suppliers of receiving the same comprehensive SAP Automotive(tm) solution that is in place at many of the world's largest automotive manufacturers and suppliers.
More than 20 companies worldwide have received the SAP Accelerated Automotive solution, including Continental Teves, Auburn Hills, Mich., a manufacturer of brake and chassis systems; and Teksid Aluminum Foundry, Inc., Dickson, Tenn., a supplier of aluminum castings for the automotive industry.
