MAXpc Technologies, Inc. Receives 15,000 Unit Purchase Order From Associated Fidelity Marketing, Inc.
AFMI to Integrate the MAXpc Card Into Auto Dealership Internet Communication
System Utilizing MAXpc's Video Conferencing and Video Streaming Capabilities

DALLAS, May 26 -- MAXpc Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of Voxcom Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VXCH), received a
15,000 unit purchase order for the MAXpc card from Associated Fidelity
Marketing, Inc. (AFMI). The order is an agreement to purchase 15,000 units
over the next six months, and in order to maintain exclusivity in the auto
industry, AFMI must sell an additional 7,500 units over the next six month
period, and maintain 2,000 units per month thereafter.
With the purchase of the MAXpc cards, AFMI will initially host a website
for up to 60,000 auto dealers so that prospective customers can view the
automobiles via streamed video over the Internet. An average dealer sells
50 cars a month, and each buyer will be offered the opportunity to purchase a
computer system equipped with a MAXpc card. Additionally, AFMI plans to use
the MAXpc cards as an integral part of their Internet Communication System for
auto dealers nationwide. Future developments of the system includes dealer
previewing of automobiles to be auctioned using on-line streamed video, as
well as live internet video auctions. As a result, the auto dealers can view
and/or purchase automobiles from the comfort of their desktop PC without
leaving the office.
AFMI is a full service marketing company that specializes in direct mail,
video, telemarketing, broadcast faxing, merchant card services, as well as
comprehensive health and travel benefits to AFMI members. The purchase of the
MAXpc cards will be additionally helpful with other multi-media functions in
relation to these services offered by AFMI.
Harvey Fanning, President of AFMI, stated "I was amazed by the clarity of
the audio and video facilitated by the by the MAXpc system over the Internet
during our full-blown auto dealer streamed video demonstration. The initial
investment and the ongoing costs for the MAXpc system are so cost effective
that we will be able to install the system in all of our client locations."
Mr. Fanning continued by saying, "The MAXpc multi-use screen using
conferencing, in conjunction with application sharing, was particularly useful
during our dealer demonstrations. MAXpc creates unlimited opportunities for
AFMI and all partners in its marketing network. We see the future
possibilities of the MAXpc system as virtually unlimited."
