Titan Motorcycle Co. Inks Alliance With Kelley Motorgroup
    PHOENIX, May 21 -- Titan Motorcycle Co. of America
announced today the establishment of a strategic alliance with
Kelley Motorgroup of Fort Wayne and Atlanta, and Kelley Racing of
Indianapolis.
    In conjunction with the agreement Kelley Motorgroup has unveiled two new
Titan Superstores dealerships in Fort Wayne, Ind. and Roswell, Ga.
    Under the terms of their agreement, Titan and Kelley Racing will work
closely in the development of joint projects promoting both companies'
products and brand names in the Indy Racing League (IRL) racing circuit.
    "We are proud to join forces with such a prestigious organization" said
Patrick Keery, Titan's  president.  "The Kelley commitment to major
inventories of new Titans at each store will ensure the best possible service
for these two important markets for Titan Motorcycles.  We are especially
excited about the synergies and potential represented in this collaboration."
