DCH Technology Inc. Retains Broker Relations Speciallsts To Inform Wall Street Brokers About Its Hydrogen Fuel Cells & Safety Systems
                Emerging Hydrogen Industry Applications Growing

HILTON HEAD, S.C., May 20 -- Stockcom, Inc. today announced
it has been retained by DCH Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DCHT) to
inform Wall Street about its hydrogen fuel cells and hydrogen sensors.
"Sen. Orrin Hatch just introduced a bill to improve air quality using tax
breaks for the use of alternative fuels to power cars. One of the fuels he
mentions is hydrogen, used in DCHT's PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) fuel cell.
Fuel cell powered transportation creates zero pollution, and hydrogen can be
produced from sea water, a resource that will not be depleted like fossil
fuels will be," reported Kathryn Jensen, President of Stockcom, Inc.
She continued, "We believe DCHT will beat everyone to market with its
hydrogen fuel cell. We are pleased to be able to inform brokers about the
substantial opportunity and enormous growth potential we see for DCHT. We
like the fact that DCHT has zero debt. We like the fact that major automobile
manufacturers plan to produce gas and fuel cell powered vehicles. Besides
fuel cells, accurate and reliable hydrogen sensors (such as those made by
DCHT) will be needed to keep the vehicles and the fueling infrastructure
safe."
David Haberman, DCHT's Vice President of Planning and Technology, says,
"Hydrogen, used in countless industries, is one of the most widely used
chemicals in the world. Yet the installed base of equipment that measures and
handles hydrogen uses very mature technology. Any time you have a decades-old
technology gap, especially one that involves a great many industries, there is
a substantial opportunity to introduce new emerging technology. That's
exactly what we're doing with hydrogen sensors and fuel cells."
He added, "We have promising strategic alliances in the areas of both
aerospace & military as well as our base commercial business. We are
configuring our sensors to monitor nuclear waste containers, and we are
developing small fuel cells for boats, batteries, and other applications."
Stockcom, Inc. updates brokers throughout the United States on a
one-to-one basis on behalf of its publicly traded company clients.
