Eagle One To Give Away Mark Martin
Winston Cup Car in Sweepstakes

Carlsbad, CA, May 18, 1999 -- Eagle One, a leading
marketer of premium automotive appearance care
products, will give away a Winston Cup race car 
driven by Mark Martin in a sweepstakes now underway.

The Roush Racing-prepared Ford Taurus, valued at
$70,000, will come with all components intact and a
certificate of authenticity verifying when and in which
races Martin drove the car.  Martin has won 30 Winston
Cup races.

Registration  ends September l0, 1999.  The winner,
to be selected in a random drawing, will be notified in
late September and will take possession of the car
from Martin on November 7.  The ceremony will take
place at the Winston Cup race in Phoenix, AZ.

Licensed drivers residing in the U.S., 18-years or older
as of March 15, l999, may enter.  No purchase is necessary.
Entries may be submitted at the Eagle One web site,

receive an entry form.

Entry forms are also attached to Eagle One products and
inserted in cases of Valvoline motor oil.  Both products
