The Bullhide Liner Corporation Signs Its Fifth Master Distributor

    DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla.--May 17, 1999--The Bullhide Liner Corporation (OTC BB:BULH) announced today that it has signed its fifth Bullhide/Quarra master distributor, Western Bullhide, L.L.C.
    Owned by Bullhide's Founder and Chief Technology Officer, Ron Grossman, Western Bullhide is now the master distributor for the Northwest region, which includes the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, Nevada, and Washington.
    Mr. Grossman, a polymer chemist responsible for the research and development of Bullhide's products, chose not to relocate with Bullhide, which recently moved its corporate offices to South Florida. Instead, he will continue to maintain R&D at Bullhide's facility in Spokane, Washington, in addition to operating Western Bullhide.
    As the Northwest master distributor, Western Bullhide has contractually agreed to open twenty (20) new Bullhide installation centers in the Northwest region within the next two years, to add to the twelve (12) installation centers currently in operation in that region. According to Mr. W. Gordon Freeman, the Chief Executive Officer of Bullhide, "By becoming the master distributor for the Northwest region, Mr. Grossman has seized a great opportunity presented by Bullhide's move to South Florida, to take advantage of the tremendous market potential in this territory."
