Electro Source Inc. Named CTS Corporation Sales Representative in Canada

    ELKHART, Ind.--May 14, 1999--CTS Corporation today announced the appointment of Electro Source Inc. to represent all CTS passive electronic component products throughout Canada. Previously, Electro Source represented only CTS' backpanel and turnkey electronic integrated assembly businesses. Today's announcement expands Electro Source's representation to additionally include CTS' complete line of crystals, oscillators and precision oscillators; resistor networks, chip resistors and chip resistor arrays, surge and power networks, and strain-sensitive pointing stick (cursor) devices; thick and thin film hybrid microcircuits, multichip modules, low temperature cofired ceramic circuits and flex cable assemblies; DIP and rotary switches, variable potentiometers, encoders, loudspeakers, thermal management devices and electromechanical assemblies; and automotive electronic position sensors and actuators (excluding British Columbia).
    Electro Source employs over 25 technical sales engineers at locations in Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver, Canada.
    The new CTS product additions complement Electro Source's other component lines allowing design engineers/purchasing agents to source a greater number of passive components from the Electro Source organization.
