THINK New Ideas Launches New Site with Shell-Ferrari E-Commerce Solution for Shell-Ferrari to Offer Co-Branded Merchandise
NEW YORK, May 14 -- THINK New Ideas, Inc.
(http://www.thinkinc.com), a leader in providing e-business, e-marketing,
e-community, e-commerce, and e-technology solutions to Fortune 500 and other
blue chip clients, today announced that an e-shop has been added to the
successful Shell-Ferrari website (http://www.shell-ferrari.com). The new e-shop,
which was developed by THINK in conjunction with Hill & Knowlton, will offer
co-branded merchandise for the Shell-sponsored Ferrari Formula One Racing
Team.
THINK New Ideas was commissioned to design and develop the merchandise
site, and will work together with Nice Man Merchandising on the management of
the e-commerce solution. Nice Man, Shell's promotions and fulfillment
partner, is one of the world's leading full service merchandising companies.
"We have seen a continuous increase in the usage and popularity of the
Shell-Ferrari site," said Christofer Solheim, Managing Director of THINK
London. "The site now delivers well over a million page impressions per month
to loyal Ferrari and Formula One fans around the world. It was clear that the
time had come to extend the site and include an e-commerce solution for the
co-branded merchandise."
"Having been the exclusive worldwide licensee for Ferrari apparel and
accessories, we have always been impressed with the quality and popularity of
the Shell-Ferrari site," said Scott Simons, E-commerce Manager of Nice Man.
"We were very pleased to be asked by Shell to manage their joint branded
merchandise program. Equally, we were delighted to work with the THINK team
in London to implement the e-commerce solution."
The Shell-Ferrari merchandise shop currently offers a range of more than
30 products in four separate categories. These products include T-shirts,
caps, polo shirts, umbrellas, model cars, key rings, and various other items.
