                   Kicks Off the '99 Summer Concert Season

        The Ultimate Live Concert Event of 1999 Features 12 of Today's
         Hottest Modern Rock Acts All on One Stage, Saturday, June 5
           for a $28.50 Ticket; More Than 12 Hours of Music Planned

    ATLANTA, May 13 -- This summer $28.50 could get you a tank of
gasoline, OR two and a half CDs, OR a pair of tickets to a two hour and
15 minute (average) movie and a visit to the concession stand, OR 3/4 of a
ticket to DisneyWorld, OR admission to more than 12 hours of the best live
music in one place.
    More than 100,000 music fans of all ages are expected to descend on the
Atlanta Motor Speedway, Saturday, June 5 for Hard Rock RockFest Presented By
Oldsmobile Alero.  The Atlanta Motor Speedway is located 30 miles south of
downtown Atlanta on Highways 19 & 41.
    The all-star line-up features 12 of today's hottest modern rock acts,
including:  Better Than Ezra, Collective Soul, Eve 6, Everlast, Live,
Marvelous 3, Silverchair, Sugar Ray, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, The
Offspring, Third Eye Blind and more.  Bands will play full sets, providing
more than 12 hours of live music on one stage.
    This concert presents a righteous bargain ticket price of $28.50, and in
the spirit of good fun, consider this ... You don't need to be an investment
banker to buy a ticket ... With a $28.50 individual ticket price for Hard Rock
RockFest Presented By Oldsmobile Alero, it averages out to about $.20 per song
or $2.38 per band.
    In addition to live music, Hard Rock RockFest Presented By Oldsmobile
