RGI Hosts GM Brazil Executive Speaking at Automotive LuncheonDETROIT, May 13 -- On Thursday, May 20th, from 12 noon until 2 p.m., one of the principal purchasing directors for General Motors of Brazil, Mr. Marcos Munhoz, will be honored at an automotive luncheon at the Northfield Hilton Hotel in Troy, Michigan. During the luncheon, Mr. Munhoz will speak on the topic of "The Future of the Automotive Industry in Brazil." RGI International, a global marketing and merger & acquisition firm based in Troy, and the Detroit Regional Chamber, will jointly host this event. The event is considered to be of great importance to automotive suppliers and the automotive community at large. According to Antonio Soave, the President and CEO of RGI, "Many automotive suppliers have been hesitant to establish operations in Brazil after the devaluation of the country's currency, the Real. There is also a good deal of incorrect information, or misinformation, that has been disseminated regarding the future of Brazil, the strength of the automotive industry, and the stability of the Real. The speech of Mr. Munhoz should help to clarify many of these issues for the automotive community." The current list of attendees consists of several CEOs and other high-ranking executives from the automotive industry. There are some tickets still available for the luncheon. Those tickets, priced at $75 per person, may be purchased by calling RGI at 248-269-9883.
