ABRA Auto Body & Glass Acquires Kitterman's Collision Center in Georgia
MINNEAPOLIS--May 12, 1999--ABRA Auto Body & Glass, LLC, the nation's leader in damaged vehicle repair, today announced it has successfully completed its acquisition of Kitterman's Collision Center in Georgia. This acquisition represents ABRA's continued growth strategy in the Atlanta metropolitan area.Kitterman's Collision Center, located in Lawrenceville, a northeast suburb of Atlanta, becomes the sixth ABRA Auto Body & Glass facility in the state of Georgia, including stores in Douglasville, Carrollton, Newnan and two in Marietta.
When asked why he chose to sell his business to ABRA Auto Body & Glass, Lawrence Kitterman replied, "I recognized a need for additional support in order to achieve operational and employee growth. ABRA is a company that has proven it can support those goals."

Founded in Minneapolis, MN, in 1984, ABRA Auto Body & Glass, LLC is a full service collision repair, paintless dent repair and auto glass replacement and repair company. ABRA operates 67 collision repair facilities in 12 states.
