LoJack Corporation Names Maureen Kirby Vice President of Finance

    DEDHAM, Mass., May 12 -- LoJack Corporation
announced today that Maureen E. Kirby had been named Vice President of
Finance.
    She had been Director of Finance for LoJack since 1997. Since joining
LoJack in 1990, she has held positions as Controller and Assistant Controller.
In her new position, Ms. Kirby will have responsibility for LoJack's
financial, accounting and administrative functions.
    Ms. Kirby is a resident of Bedford, MA.  She received a Bachelors Degree
in Accounting from Fairfield University in 1986.
