Tenneco Board Declares Second Quarter Dividend
GREENWICH, Conn.--May 11, 1999--Tenneco announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular second quarter dividend of 30 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on June 8, 1999 to shareowners of record at the close of business on May 24, 1999.Until the separation of its businesses, Tenneco is a $6 billion manufacturing company headquartered in Greenwich, Conn., with 40,000 employees worldwide.
