Clarion Technologies Inc. Announces OTC Symbol Change

    SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--May 11, 1999--Clarion Technologies Inc. (OTC: CLTC) Tuesday announced a new stock symbol effective immediately.
    Commencing today, the common stock of Clarion Technologies Inc., will trade under the symbol CLTC. The stock had previously traded under the symbol CTCH, which has been assigned to another company by Nasdaq.
    Clarion is a Schaumburg-based holding company which was established to pursue the strategic acquisition of businesses in the plastic injection molding industry with the goal of achieving growth through consolidation of synergistic businesses.
    Clarion's strategic business objective is to be a full-service supplier to the heavy truck, tier two automotive, consumer goods and furniture industries. As a full-service supplier, Clarion will provide capabilities ranging from product ideation to the manufacturing of the final product.
