VSI Holdings, Inc. Provides Internet-based Marketing for Volvo's New S40 Sedan and V40 Wagon
                      Also Secures Second-year Contract
              for Volvo Consumer Relationship Marketing Program

    BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., May 10 -- A Volvo consumer
relationship marketing campaign developed, designed and managed by Visual
Services (VSI), a VSI Holdings, Inc. subsidiary (Amex: VIS) (VSIH), recently
made its debut on the Internet as part of a lead generation campaign for the
new S40 sedan and V40 wagon.  Volvo also has renewed its Personal Shopper
