MS Acquisition Amends 1998 Annual Report on Form 10-K And Revises April 15, 1999 Press Release
    CENTERLINE, Mich., May 7 -- MS Acquisition Corp and its
wholly-owned subsidiary, Aetna Industries, Inc. filed an amendment to their
1998 Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The amendment can be obtained by accessing the Commission's website at

    In addition, the following financial information that was reported in MS
Acquisition Corp's press release dated April 15, 1999 has been revised:

    With respect to MS Acquisition Corp:
    The April 15, 1999 press release previously reported the following:
    "EBITDA was $45.2 million for the twelve months ended December 31, 1998,
compared to $63.2 million for the same period in 1997."
    The press release should have stated the following:
    "EBITDA was $49.0 million for the twelve months ended December 31, 1998,
compared to $63.2 million for the same period in 1997."

    With respect Aetna Industries, Inc.:
    The April 15, 1999 press release previously reported the following:
    "EBITDA was $7.9 million for the twelve months ended December 31, 1998,
down $8.9 million from $16.8 million for the same period in 1997."
    The press release should have stated the following:
    "EBITDA was $8.2 million for the twelve months ended December 31, 1998,
down $8.5 million from $16.7 million for the same period in 1997."
