APA: Joe Ivers, J.D. Power and Associates' Director of Customer Service To Address APA Luncheon on Tuesday, May 4 at Detroit Athletic Club
    DETROIT, April 30 -- J.D. Power and Associates, the guru on
vehicle quality and customer satisfaction, has restructured its Customer
Satisfaction Index to focus more specifically on a key driver of quality in
today's automotive marketplace: the dealership service.
    Please join Joe Ivers, J.D. Power and Associates' director of customer
service research, on Tuesday May 4, when he outlines those changes for APA
members.  Joe will discuss the dynamics of customer satisfaction in the auto
industry and changing consumer expectations.
    We'll meet at the Detroit Athletic Club.  Cocktails begin at 11:30 a.m.;
lunch is at noon.  The cost is $20 for APA members; $30 for non-members.
Coats and ties are required for men.  Please park in the DAC garage.
