Robert B. Foreman Appointed Vice President, Human Resources at SPX CorporationMUSKEGON, Mich., April 29 -- SPX Corporation today announced that it has appointed Robert B. Foreman as Vice President of Human Resources and an officer of the company. He will replace Stephen A. Lison, who will retire from the company later this year. Mr. Foreman joins SPX from PepsiCo, where he was Vice President Human Resources for Frito-Lay International, based in Dallas, Texas. During his 14 years with PepsiCo, Mr. Foreman spent 7 years in Asia where he worked in both the Pepsi and Frito-Lay businesses, across 25 countries throughout Asia, the Middle East and Africa. A graduate of the State University of New York Geneseo, Mr. Foreman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. Commenting on the announcement, John B. Blystone, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer said, "I am delighted Bob is joining the SPX leadership team. His vast experience in a variety of international locations will be key as we continue to grow the business." Mr. Blystone said, "Although Steve has announced his retirement, he has agreed to stay with the company to ensure a seamless transition within the human resource area.
