TRW Declares Quarterly Dividend

    CLEVELAND--April 28, 1999--Directors of TRW Inc. today declared a quarterly dividend of 33 cents per share on the company's outstanding common stock.
    The directors also declared regular quarterly dividends of $1.100 per share on the Serial Preference Stock II (Series 1) and $1.125 per share on the Serial Preference Stock II (Series 3).
    The dividends are payable on June 15, 1999, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 14, 1999. It is the 243rd consecutive dividend declared on the company's common shares.
