Federal-Mogul Appoints Charlie Rogers, Plant Manager, Logansport, Indiana
    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., April 27 -- Steven C. Feeny, vice
president, General Products, Federal-Mogul Corporation announces
the appointment of Charlie Rogers to plant manager, Logansport, Indiana,
effective May 10, 1999.
    "Charlie has consistently demonstrated strong leadership abilities in
varied assignments with our company, and he is an excellent team builder,"
said Feeny.  "I am very pleased that he is joining our Logansport operation."
    Rogers' most recent assignment was focus factory manager, Blacksburg,
Virginia, where he held various manufacturing process responsibilities.  Prior
to that, he held both project manager and product manager positions in
Southfield, Michigan.  Rogers began his career with Federal-Mogul as a service
engineer in 1993.
    Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from
the Georgia Institute of Technology.
    The Logansport facility manufactures electrical, mechanical, diesel, and
marine fuel systems.  The plant is Ford Q-1, ISO-9001 and ISO-9000 certified.
The facility has been awarded the GM Mark of Excellence, Certified Supplier to
Cummins Engine, and is both Delphi Saginaw and Chrysler "Self Certified".
    Headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, Federal-Mogul is an automotive
