The increase in revenues is a result of the company's emergence as a leader in the licensed products collectible market. Sales in this area have grown rapidly as the company exits markets that have proven to be unprofitable. The recent signing of licensing agreements with Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Richard Petty will strengthen the company's position in the explosive NASCAR arena. The WCW product line has been well received in the marketplace and we expect this line to continue its rapid growth curve.
All aspects related to the move from Chicago to Texas have been completed. The production work force has matured, combined with the improved layout of the new facility, production efficiency has improved considerably. The sales force, all new to the company since the move, has solidified relationships with key accounts and has made great strides in developing new markets. Inbound orders for 1999 are well ahead of 1998.
