Intellon Corporation Announces Registration to ISO 9001:1994

    OCALA, Fla.--April 20, 1999--Intellon Corporation, a technology leader in providing integrated circuits for power line and RF "No New Wires(tm)" network communications, has achieved ISO 9001 Registration. This registration is granted to companies that meet strict quality system standards set forth by the International Organization for Standardization.
    To comply with ISO 9001 standards, all relevant quality related processes are documented, implemented and understood by all employees. ISO 9001 Registration indicates that the company has implemented a quality assurance system that is recognized in the global marketplace by more than 100 countries.
    To achieve registration, every step in the company's quality system is reviewed and refined to enhance the company's ability to serve customers in an accurate and consistent manner with a final audit conducted by the registration company NSF International Strategic Registrations LTD (NSF-ISR). NSF-ISR is accredited through ANSI-RAB (US Governing Body) and the RvA Mark (Dutch European Governing Body). NSF-ISR has over 20 years of audit and registration experience.
