MTD Automotive Receives 1998 Supplier Target Achievement Award from New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc.

    CLEVELAND, April 14 -- MTD Automotive has received the 1998
Supplier Target Achievement Award from New United Motor Manufacturing, Inc.
(NUMMI), a joint venture of Toyota and General Motors.
    MTD Automotive was recognized by NUMMI for overall excellence in quality,
delivery, human resources and communications.
