CCC Information Services Names Robert G. Milburn

CCC Information Services Names Robert G. Milburn Executive Vice President of Product Development
    CHICAGO, April 13 -- CCC Information Services Inc.
today announced that Robert G. Milburn has joined the firm as
Executive Vice President of Product Development.  In this role, Milburn will
oversee Product Management, Product Development and Management Information
Systems throughout the organization.
    "Rob is an accomplished executive with more than 35 years of technological
product development experience," noted Githesh Ramamurthy, CCC's President and
Chief Operating Officer.  "We are confident that with his strong technology
background and reputation for superior leadership, he will play an important
role in helping us continue to meet our goal of providing customers with
quality products and services."
    Prior to joining CCC, Milburn, 56, worked with Arthur Andersen's Business
Consulting Practice in Chicago.  Before that, he was with Open Port
Technology, Inc., a $10 million start-up company that develops IP Telephony
software for Internet-based fax services.  As Vice President of Engineering at
Open Port, he directed the design and development of UNIX and Windows NT-based
fax systems for the Internet and Enterprise environments.
    Before his tenure at Open Port, he held a number of high-level
technology-based positions with Landis & Gyr Americas, Inc., and MCC Powers,
Inc.
    Milburn holds a BA in physics from St. Mary's University in Winona, Minn.,
and a Masters of Management from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University
in Evanston, Ill.
