Oliver G. Prince Joins CCC Information Services as Senior Vice President of Human Resources
    CHICAGO, April 13 -- CCC Information Services Inc.
today announced that Oliver G. Prince has joined the firm as
Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
    Prince, 45, comes to CCC with more than 20 years of human resources and
operations experience and is known for his ability to employ creative,
technology-based approaches to transforming business units and developing
high-performance organizations.
    "Oliver is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of success in
the human resources and operations areas," said Githesh Ramamurthy, President
and Chief Operating Officer of CCC.  "We are certain he will help enhance our

    Prior to joining CCC, Prince was Senior Vice President, Human Resources
and Assistant Corporate Secretary at The Celtic Group in Chicago.  Prince's
other industry experience includes serving as Vice President, Human Resources
at The CNA Insurance Companies and Manager of Operations at The Six Flags
Corporation in Atlanta.
    Prince earned his BA in history and political science from Morehouse
College, JD from John Marshall Law School, and MBA in finance from Georgia
State University.  An accomplished speaker, Prince has been a guest speaker at
the International Quality and Productivity Center and the Midwest Human
Resources Planning Group.  He is a member of the Society for Human Resources
Management and currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the
Chicago Coalition for the Homeless.
