United Technologies Corp. and Sundstrand Corp. Announce Expiration of Hart-Scott-Rodino Waiting Period

    HARTFORD, Conn., April 12 -- United Technologies Corp.
and Sundstrand Corp. announced today that the
Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period applicable to the merger of the two firms has
expired.
    United Technologies Corp., based in Hartford, Conn., provides a broad

systems, automotive and aerospace industries.
