DCH Technology Sucessfully Demonstrates Hydrogen Fuel Cell

VALENCIA, Calif.--April 8, 1999--DCH Technology, Inc., (OTC BB:DCHT), successfully demonstrated their PEM Hydrogen FuelCell, for the first time publicly, at the 10th Annual National Hydrogen Association Meeting in Vienna, Va., simultaneously powering a small portable television, a CD player and a fluorescent light.
It was the largest crowd ever assembled at an NHA conference, with a record 200 people in attendence.
Stated David Haberman, VP of Planning and Technology, "This marks a major technical milestone for DCH, and demonstrates our ability to develop and fabricate hydrogen fuel cell systems, that do not require fans, blowers or pumps to operate.
"DCH works closely with the Department of Energy's Los Alamos National Laboratory and we were very pleased to have had this opportunity to showcase the performance of a scaleable power cell operating on either gas or hydrides. DCH will present further information on their fuel cell systems at the upcoming meetings in Lucerne, Switzerland in June and at the DRI International Fuel Cell Conference in Lake Tahoe, scheduled for the week of October 25, 1999."
