SPOKANE, Wash.--April 7, 1999--The Bullhide Liner Corp. (OTC BB:BULH) announced Wednesday that it has retained the law firm of English, McCaughan & O'Bryan, P.A. as its new SEC/Corporate Counsel.Gerald Gritter, Esq., a member of the firm, has begun the preparation of a Form 10-SB for Bullhide, which will bring the company into compliance with the recently amended NASD OTC Eligibility Rules 6530 and 6540, which require an issuer to file periodic reports with the SEC in order to be permitted to be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board. It is anticipated that Bullhide's Form 10-SB will be filed with the SEC by May 31, 1999.
Although Bullhide is not required to become fully reporting until Oct. 31, 1999, Bullhide has decided that taking this action early will strengthen its credibility in the financial community and allow it to progress more rapidly towards its goals of closing a private placement and, ultimately, conducting an initial public offering.
