General Motors Corporation Names BBK Once Again as 'Supplier of the Year'
BBK Building a Tradition as One of General Motors'
Most Valued Suppliers With Latest Recognition

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., March 29 -- BBK, Ltd., a leading
turnaround and revitalization company, has been named as "Supplier of the
Year" for 1998 by General Motors Corporation. This is the second consecutive
year the Southfield, Mich.-based firm was awarded the recognition. The
announcement was made today by B. N. Bahadur, CEO of BBK.
"Receiving this award last year was a wonderful accomplishment for the
entire BBK team, particularly since we were the first-ever financial services
company selected," Bahadur said. "Yet, in many ways, this second recognition
is even better. It demonstrates to the world the long-term quality approach
we employ in serving all of our clients -- which General Motors Corporation
clearly has recognized."
Supplier of the Year companies were chosen by select GM teams of
purchasing, quality, engineering and manufacturing people from around the
world for this international recognition, which is in its seventh year. BBK
was among only a handful of suppliers selected, 184 out of some 30,000 total
suppliers serving the automaker. Award winners represent 29 countries.
"GM's Suppliers of the Year represent the best of the best," said Harold
R. Kutner, Vice President and Group Executive, Worldwide Purchasing and North
American Production Control & Logistics. "Of GM's 30,000 suppliers, BBK is
one of only 184 that has achieved Supplier of the Year recognition for 1998,
an honor accorded to those suppliers who have achieved world-class levels of
quality, service, technology and price in support of General Motors."
BBK offers a complete range of corporate turnaround and revitalization
services for companies in all industries. Its services include senior
management counsel, systems analysis and hands-on financial and operation
management.
BBK has grown to more than 65 professionals, mostly former CEOs, COOs and
CFOs from major financial and manufacturing institutions. The company has
provided turnaround management and revitalization services for more than 500
companies throughout North America, including the United States, Canada and
Mexico. Its client companies generate annual sales revenues ranging from $5
million to several billion.
    B. N. Bahadur, CEO of BBK, is a nationally recognized management and
