Federal-Mogul Appoints Marion Holt, Sales Manager, Production Engine Remanufacturers

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., March 29 -- Pete Painter, vice president,
automotive distributor sales, Federal-Mogul Corporation announces
the appointment of Marion Holt to the position of sales manager, production
engine remanufacturers, effective immediately.
    Prior to this appointment, Holt held the position of product and marketing
manager, engine parts.  Holt joined Federal-Mogul as a result of the Sealed
Power acquisition in October 1993 as the heavy-duty engine parts marketing
manager.  Since beginning his career with Sealed Power in 1981, he has held
positions within the marketing and field sales organizations.
    Holt earned a Master of Arts degree in marketing from Webster University,
St. Louis, Missouri, and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Arkansas
State University.
