Gilford Securities Research Initiates Coverage of Warrantech Corporation
STAMFORD, Conn.--March 29, 1999--Warrantech Corporation (NASDAQ NMS: WTEC) announced today that Gilford Securities, Incorporated, a New York-based investment banking firm, has initiated research coverage on the Company with an "attractive" rating.According to Joseph Nyi Nyi and Casey J. Alexander, Gilford research analysts and authors of the report, "Warrantech has regained their momentum and is well on the path to reestablishing an impressive growth record." The report further states that, "these shares have potential to appreciate to $9 (in fiscal 2000), almost triple the current market price."
