Midtronics Supports School Automotive Technology Program; Donates Micro400 and Micro500 Testers

    BURR RIDGE, Ill.--(AutomotiveWire)--March 29, 1999--Midtronics, Inc. announced today its continued support of automotive education in public schools with the donation of 43 Micro line battery testers to the National Automotive Technology Competition.
    President and CEO of Midtronics, Inc., Steve McShane states, "We are honored to donate these battery and charging system testers to the National Automotive Technology Competition. The students involved are computer-oriented and geared for the newest technologies.     Held at the New York International Auto Show, and sponsored by the Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association, the program establishes bonds between schools and local franchised dealerships, while directing highly motivated students toward careers in the automotive industry.
