Motorcycle Centers of America to Acquire Entertainment Universe; to Reverse Split Stock 1-for-20

    ENGLEWOOD, Colo., March 26 -- Motorcycle Centers of America,
Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:  MCAM) announced today that it has signed a letter
of intent to acqure privately owned Entertainment Universe, Inc., Los Angeles,
California.
    The Company also announced that its Board of Directors have approved a
1-for-20 reverse stock split to be effective Thursday, April 1, 1999.
