    SAN DIEGO--March 25, 1999--The Majestic Companies, Ltd. (OTC BB:MJXC), is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into preliminary discussions with Westrend Natural Gas, Inc. (VSE:WRN), a Vancouver Stock Exchange publicly traded company regarding an acquisition by Westrend of the exclusive international distribution rights to Majestic Transportation Products, Ltd., a subsidiary of The Majestic Companies, Ltd. proprietary school bus passenger restraint system called the "Safe-T-Bar."
