LATINtalk Newsletter Makes Debut, Announces HCI Group
          Newsletter Targets U.S. and Canadian Automotive Suppliers
                     Expanding to Mexico & South America

    DETROIT, March 25 -- U.S. and Canadian automotive component
suppliers looking to gain a better understanding of the "do's and don'ts" of
conducting business in Mexico and South America have a new information source
-- LATINtalk, a newsletter published by HCI Group.  The newsletter will
initially be distributed to the 5,500 automotive supplier executives who
currently receive HCI Group's sister publication, EUROtalk.
    "Because the auto industry historically has been nationalistic by nature,
component suppliers focussed efforts mainly on their domestic or local
industry.  Over the past several years as automakers developed plans to
