OSAT/Towers Perrin Conference

    --(AutomotiveWire)--

TOP EXECUTIVES IN AUTO INDUSTRY CONVENE TO DISCUSS
KEY HUMAN RESOURCES ISSUES AT CONFERENCE
HOSTED BY UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN AND TOWERS PERRIN

Forum Offers Strategies and Solutions for Dealing with
    Changes in the Industry

BACKGROUND

There are major changes taking place within the auto industry and these changes are creating a host of "people" issues for auto manufacturers and suppliers. The industry must develop strategies for dealing with an aging workforce, a shortage of skilled labor and changing work requirements. It must also figure out ways to integrate workers from different corporate cultures; boost employee morale during a period of transition; and create a work environment that inspires employee loyalty.
Connecting For Results, is a one-day conference that seeks to address many of the key human resource issues facing the auto industry by sharing with participants best HR practices within and outside of the industry.
