ASA Tire President Featured Speaker at TANA OTR Tire Conference
    NASHUA, N.H., March 12 -- Wayne Croswell, President of ASA

Tire Association of North America's OTR (off-the-road) Tire Conference held in
Miami, Florida on February 18. Croswell's talk, "Future-Proofing Your
Business," drew a large crowd of tire dealers and other Tire Industry leaders.

appointments, and ordering and paying for products with credit cards or cyber
cash.
    "You must be willing to accept change and take chances," Croswell said.
"You must be willing to agree that business as we know it today will be
radically different tomorrow." He explained that it took 38 years for the
telephone to reach 10 million users. It only took 8 years for the Internet to
reach the same level. It is essential, he said, that businesses make it easy
for customers to do business with them 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. This
