DaimlerChrysler Awards Coveted Gold Pentastar to RWD Technologies

    COLUMBIA, Md., March 9 -- RWD Technologies, Inc.,
today announces that DaimlerChrysler has awarded RWD its Gold
Pentastar award for the 1998 model year. This award, which recognizes
exemplary achievement in quality of services, delivery, cost savings, and the
innovative use of technology, is awarded to less than 2 percent of the more
than 10,000 DaimlerChrysler suppliers. This year's Gold Pentastar award is
RWD's fourth such award, an accomplishment achieved by only a select few of
DaimlerChrysler's suppliers.
