Infiniti Announces February Sales; G20 Boasts Best Sales Month Ever Since Re-launch
CARSON, Calif., March 2 -- Posting its second best February
ever, Infiniti, the luxury division of Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA),
reported total February sales of 5,516 units, a 40.8 percent increase over
last month and a 34.4 percent increase versus the previous year.
The G20, Infiniti's luxury sports sedan, posted its best month ever since
the re-launch of the new model with sales of 1,716 units, an increase of
80.8 percent versus last month.
As the volume sales leader, the Infiniti I30 reported sales of
2,133 units, an increase of 50.0 percent over last month. The Q45, Infiniti's
flagship luxury performance sedan, posted February sales of 384 units, up
16.0 percent over last month.
Total QX4 sales for January were 1,281 units, an increase of 5.4 percent
versus last month and a 1.7 percent increase over last year.
Nissan North America, Inc. sales for February, including Nissan and
Infiniti Divisions, totaled 48,054 units, a 17.2 percent increase over last
month and a 4.1 percent increase versus last year.
