DaimlerChrysler Statement in Response to Shamel T. Rushwin And Chris P. Theodore Resignations
    DETROIT, March 1 -- DaimlerChrysler Corporation
today confirmed the resignations of Shamel T. Rushwin, Senior Vice President -
International Manufacturing and Minivan Assembly Operations, and Chris P.
Theodore, Senior Vice President - Platform Engineering.
