Federal-Mogul Promotes Richard P. Randazzo To Senior Vice President - Human Resources
    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 24 -- Federal-Mogul
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dick Snell announces the promotion of
Richard (Dick) P. Randazzo to senior vice president -- human resources.
    Randazzo, 55, joined Federal-Mogul in January 1997 as vice president --
human resources and has been instrumental in the company's successful
integration efforts.  In the past year, Randazzo has developed a number of
human resource offerings aligned with the tactical and strategic direction of
the business.
    "Dick's leadership in the area of human resource management has been
critical in helping Federal-Mogul integrate our numerous acquisitions," said

employees has been a major factor in our success to date."
    Randazzo has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in
marketing and behavioral science from Indiana University and a Bachelor of
Science degree in business administration from Rochester Institute of
Technology in New York.
