Randazzo To Senior Vice President - Human ResourcesSOUTHFIELD, Mich., Feb. 24 -- Federal-Mogul Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Dick Snell announces the promotion of Richard (Dick) P. Randazzo to senior vice president -- human resources. Randazzo, 55, joined Federal-Mogul in January 1997 as vice president -- human resources and has been instrumental in the company's successful integration efforts.
