Oxford Automotive, Inc. to Receive The Invest In France Award
    TROY, Mich., Feb. 24 -- Oxford Automotive, Inc., a Tier 1
automotive supplier, will be recognized by the French Government at the
upcoming SAE International Congress & Exposition in Detroit.  Selwyn Isakow,
Chairman of Oxford Automotive, will accept The Invest In France Award that
recognizes North American automotive organizations that have recently
established operations or have a strong presence in France.  Oxford Automotive
recently completed the acquisition of Cofimeta Group from Groupe Valfond.
With this purchase in France, Oxford Automotive has taken a major step in
establishing its European manufacturing capabilities to satisfy the global
needs of OEMs.
    The Invest in France Agency is a French Government agency that fosters
foreign investment in France.  The Invest In France Award will be presented by
Bernard Yvetot, Special Representative of France for International Investment,
Ministry for the Economy, Finance and Industry.  Companies such as Ford Motor
Company, ITT Automotive and others have received this honor over the five
year-history of this award.
