Robert Lutz Will Sign `Guts' at SAE Congress BookstoreWARRENDALE, Pa., Feb. 23 -- Robert A. Lutz, the former president and vice chairman of Chrysler Corporation, will sign his new book "Guts" in the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Bookstore at the 1999 SAE International Congress & Exposition in Cobo Center, Detroit, Michigan from 2-3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 2. Newly named as chairman, chief executive officer and president of Exide Corporation, Lutz recounts how his "seven laws of business" helped Chrysler bounce back from near ruin in the early '90s and become Forbes Magazine's 1996 Company of the Year. Drawn from author Lutz's successful career at four car companies, "Guts: The Seven Laws of Business That Made Chrysler the World's Hottest Car Company" delivers management wisdom with humor and surprising frankness.
